Welcome to Asara Health — Massage Therapy Fee Update

Effective October 1, 2026, our standard Registered Massage Therapy fees will be updated.

This is our first Massage Therapy fee increase since opening in 2023. This adjustment allows us to continue providing the high-quality care and experience you expect from the Asara Health team.

New RMT Fees (including HST):

30 Minutes — $90.40

45 Minutes — $107.35

60 Minutes — $135.60

All other Massage Therapy appointment types and specialty services will remain at their current pricing.

Appointments booked prior to October 1st, 2026 will have the current rate honoured.

Clinic Update - Dr. Puneet is no longer accepting new patients, with the exception of prenatal patients and those with a direct referral.

Our chiropractic team is made up of experienced, compassionate practitioners who provide the same high standard of evidence-based care. Dr. Puneet has worked closely with our team and is confident in the care they provide. If you’re booking for a new concern, we encourage you to schedule with one of our other chiropractors, who are currently welcoming new patients and accepting the remainder of Dr. Puneet’s clientele.
